For Under Fives aims to deliver a high quality ‘educare’ service for children, which emerges from a real partnership with parents, staff and other professionals.  The business aims to produce a profit to the company to use to reward staff and to provide a quality service to the community and maintain a professional reputation.

Aims and Objectives

• To ensure that all the Company’s services are carried out to the highest quality in a responsive, caring and efficient manner.
• To ensure compliance with the legal requirements of registration
• To provide high quality educare for the children of the nursery by working towards achieving Quality Assurance for all the nurseries
• To stimulate all round development to ensure progression of skills
• To provide and maintain a safe and healthy environment
• To establish and maintain a real partnership with parents/carers based on an understanding of how nursery life can compliment home for the children
• To provide flexibility of service for parents that can be reasonably expected
• To guarantee reliability of service and ensure ease of access for parents to management and staff
• To ensure equality of access to the nursery regardless of race, gender, ethnic origin, religion, disability or marital status
• To invest in staff with regard to qualifications and competencies which meet the future requirements of the company and registration according to the Children’s Act 1989
• To provide competitive rates that will provide a profit for the company
