Investors in People Award


For Under Fives has achieved Investors in People for the fourth time

In February 2009 For Under Fives achieved the prestigious Investors in People Award for the fourth time. The Award is given to organisations who are totally committed to their staff, this includes their personal development and ongoing training.   Some of the  comments from the Assessors Report are:

1. Quality is high on the agenda at For Under Fives - this is achieved through attention to detail.
2. The staff over the whole group are well trained and highly motivated.
3. There is a considerable amount of knowledge and skills throughout the Group.
4. Numerous areas of good practice were found.
5. Teamworking ethos is excellent - the staff are very loyal with a low turnover, and staff find it a good place to work.
6. Learning and development are considered of utmost importance.

The Office Manager Sue Eriksson said, we encourage our staff to continue and update their training and this often leads to promotion within our organisation.   This emphasises the dedication and excellent team spirit shown by all nursery staff.   Congratulations to you all.
