As an accredited Investor in People and acknowledged by Humberside TEC as "a company of notable practice" we see ourselves as an enabling organisation. Training is central to our philosophy and we strongly support the personal and professional growth of our staff.
To enhance this, a performance review system operates across the company for every staff member. This two way process encourages on-going reflection for both employee and line manager and enables identification of training needs for the individual.
Personal Development Portfolios are kept by every member of staff to record official training and personal achievements during their time with the company.
Annual training plans are displayed in each nursery in addition to individual staff training records. Both in-house and external training is provided on a range of topics to meet the needs of staff, parents and children of the nursery. Indeed, parents are more than welcome at any of our training sessions.
