We are situated in Wakefield, West Yorkshire within WYMAS (West Yorkshire Metropoliton Ambulance Service) and NHS Direct, we opened specifically for them in July 1999 but have since opened to members of the public also.

We are currently registered to accomodate 55 children - 15 babies, 22 2-3 year olds and 18 3-5 year olds.

Ofsted are due to inspect us any time and we hope, once again, to recieve an excellent report.

Our staff, of which there are fifteen, 9 qualified nursery nurses, 3 nursery assistants (currently training to gain their childcare qualifications) and 3 other part-time nursery assistants and 1 cook.

Our staff regularly update their training to enable them to gain further knowledge of new practices, guidelines and legislations.

We are committed to providing a warm, friendly, loving, safe and colourful environment so you have peace of mind knowing your children are happy and contented.

We receive nursery education vouchers for 3 and 4 year olds for 38 weeks per year for a maximum of 5 sessions per week. Each session lasts for 2 1/2 hours.

 

We open 52 weeks of the year except Bank Holidays and weekends, and are open from 7.00am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday.
